Nowa Papiernia is a prestigious, award-winning residential investment. We restored to life two historic buildings built in 1889 and also inspired the creation of the next three buildings in a similar style.
The project was completed and handed over for use in the second quarter of 2019. The whole investment assumes 290 modern lofts and apartments.

The Red Park housing development is located in the district "Green Debiec" (Zielony Dębiec). The investment is divided into four stages. In total, more than 550 apartments and commercial facilities will be built.
The property developer is currently implementing the final stage of the Red Park development, which assumes 137 apartments with an area of 34 to 99 m2. Residents of the Red Park have access to underground parking, rooms for bicycles and pushchairs, and a playground. The area of the complex is monitored and guarded round the clock.
