RED Labs is a Real Estate technological service provider that builds solutions to optimize the operations of development projects. From plot acquisition to final project sales, we build data-driven applications that lead our development company to build housing projects faster and better.
We are looking for a Data Product Lead, to join our Data team, and to manage the conception and development of the actual and future products.
• Manage a team of 3-5 data analysts and GIS specialists
• Explore and conceive technical solutions based on business objectives and requirements
• Assist the team in the creation of ETL processes and automated data workflows
• Manage the creation of our Data Warehouse and the implementation of ETL processes (in partner
with a Data management company)
• Manage the implementation of our applications to our Development company, organise workshop
and training sessions
• Report to management board, follow-up on deadlines and assist the team in their daily operations
• Full Polish and English proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in Product Lead and Data related topics
• Experience in Data transformation, Cloud Services (MS Azure) and ETL processes
• Experience in managing a team, reporting to management board
• Familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps,...)
• Strong interest in Data, Big Data and Data Analysis
• Great communication and managing skills
• Rigorous, positive, autonomous and problem-solving
