RED Labs is a new type of Real Estate developer, with a strong focus on Big Data and AI analytics.
We are looking for a data analyst/researcher to search for and extract data, help the team to visualise it and assist the setup of our data warehouse. We are looking for someone interested in learning about Data Analytics and Real Estate, and motivated to take part in the building of innovative and disruptive tools.
• Search for data sources online and collect data (manual entry, downloads)
• Clean and prepare data for visualisations (via Excel or dedicated tools)
• Help external Data Analysts in preparing Power BI dashboards (no experience in Power BI
needed)
• Assist the creation of a Data Warehouse and the implementation of data management
applications
• Polish and English proficiency
• Experience with Excel, data entry, calculations, tables
• Great ability in searching the web, finding solutions and answers to any problematic
• Experience with Power Query, PowerBI appreciated, but not mandatory
• Interest in Data, Big Data and Data Analysis
• Great communication skills, curious

• In-office (centre of Warsaw, in front of the Palac Kultury) and home office
